In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and cornstarch. Give the bowl of sauce a good stir, then pour it into the skillet with the broccoli. I used regular firm tofu since its what I had on hand. Going out to a restaurant was a special occasion when I was a kid. It will take longer for the pieces to crisp up, about 35 to 40 minutes. This is a regular in our house.
